Shipping And Rates

We ship worldwide for most of our products. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to process as most of our in-house merchandise products are made to order - if an item is on pre-order please ensure you know the shipping timeline of when this will be dispatched. You will receive shipping confirmation to your email the day your order has been packed and sent for shipping. Newspread does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, duties, taxes, additional fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country so please ensure you know your local laws.

Every order placed online will receive a vinyl Newspread logo sticker. Newspread merchandise orders may receive other goodies and freebies within the package.

Bags And Delivery

All items are shipped in a closed biodegradable courier bag derived from biopolymers and co-polymer. If you have a compost pile at home, you can store all your food waste in these bags and then simply deposit them into your home compost. We also advise re-using these bags for postage. Thank you very much for making your purchase. Please ensure that you fill out your delivery information as best you can, providing all information needed by our postage partners.

Please provide a physical street address - we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. You may need to sign for your order on delivery too so make sure it's an address you will be at during working hours.

Returns And Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you review your purchase carefully before submitting payment. We do not refund for purchases that were paid for with un-tracked shipping where delivery has failed unless we are provided compensation by the selected shipping service for this - please review all details and choose tracked shipping if in doubt.

In the rare occasion where you may have been shipped the wrong item, a faulty item or wrong size we will happily exchange it for the correct item or size. If this does happen please ensure that you let us know via email on more information on getting us to process this accordingly.


We currently accept payments from all major credit cards through Shopify Payments, PayPal & Laybuy. We also offer bank transfer via drafted orders as well for New Zealand customers.

We will use your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your info to any dodgy spam company. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason record credit card information.
